UN -Stuck My Thoughts and Let It Flow

I can't wait to get back to the Harmonic Egg!, ( at Golden Age Healing Arts) I LOVED it. I'm telling everyone who will listen. My main takeaway is how I am able to let thoughts flow instead of getting stuck and ruminating over them.
