Cats - weight loss, hair falling out, vomiting, crying, defecating...

“My 9yo cat was ill just prior to my egg delivery.  She was losing weight, hair falling out, vomiting, crying when defecating and couldn’t control her defecation so often didn’t make it to the litter box.  After 3 weekly sessions she was no longer crying when defecating.  After 5 more sessions she was no longer vomiting, her hair started growing back and she started gaining weight. After 4 more sessions, she was back to her normal self. Happy, vibrant, normal weight, full body of hair, no vomiting, full control of bowls with no crying out.  She’s had a couple episodes where she started to cry again, so I’d give her a session and she’d be good to go for a while. Now I just give her a session as needed. She’s had 16 sessions this past year.My 6yo cat has issues with vomiting up unprocessed food. Sometimes it has hairballs but usually it does not. The vet put her on meds and a Rx food saying it was IBS. The meds didn’t really seem to help but the food changes seemed to make a difference but didn’t correct the issue altogether. I gave her 5 weekly sessions at the end of 2021 and that just about eliminated the issue.  This past year, she’s only needed 6 sessions to address intermittent, recurring bouts of vomiting. She’s otherwise healthy and happy. We adopted a 1yo, previously feral, cat this year. My senior, alpha cat was not happy. The kitten wasn’t happy, the dog and other cat were stressed due to all the hissing and fighting. I’ve never had so much drama adopting a new pet into the house.  The new cat was pooping and peeing all over the house (we were told she was box trained)… But we weren’t sure if the box was being guarded by the other cats or if she was scared or defiant.  I gave the kitten a session which calmed her down a lot. But the alpha ramped up. I put a pic of the alpha and a pic of the kitten in the egg together so they could work out their differences. It actually helped the kitten out a lot but the alpha still had lots of aggression. The kitten ended up with an eye infection, gave her 1 session and it cleared it up and hasn’t returned. Both the alpha and the kitten have had 2 more sessions each, separate and now there is peace in my house. 6 sessions each with intentions of safety, love, acceptance, jealousy and patience. The cats aren’t yet playing together but they are respectfully coexisting.”  Terese P.
