Pain relief, emotional release
"Hi. My name's Carmen. I'm South African; however, I currently live in Thailand - Krabi. I just want to share my phenomenal experience in this amazing egg called the Harmonic Egg - the first in Asia! It is so exciting. Yesterday, I came here with no expectations. I came here willing and able. Before you enter the Egg, Snowy sits you down and asks you what you need to work on, what's bothering you. I told her what was bothering me. I really felt heavy - overloaded - it was like there was a 10-ton brick on my back. My stomach was really bugging me weeks before. I've just come out of a very, very toxic work environment that I thought I had dealt with. However, I hadn't really. The funny thing - and interesting for me - is my color was green. Weeks prior to that, I started wearing a lot green, which was so interesting. So when I sat in the Egg, I had no nerves - nothing whatsoever. As soon as my session started, I cried. It could not stop. I didn't want to stop it either because clearly there were some blockages and they needed to get out. Normally, I'm a very ugly crier. However, this wasn't sad crying. I could feel so much leaving my body. While the music was going and the color was going, it's almost like the color was pulsating through my body from my head to my toes. It's 50 minutes, and you get 10 minutes [of that] just to relax and draw yourself back out from wherever you've been at. So after that 10 minutes, I got out the Egg and it was like I was reborn again. I know that sounds strange or might not be the right words. In a certain way, my body was so relieved. It was so intense of the moment. It felt like I could function. I could move my fingers. It's almost like I could wrap my own arms around my body. When I got home, because of my stomach issues, that's the first thing that relieved me. I've never been in so much pain before. But after being in this Harmonic Egg, honestly, it really, really helped me. I had one of the best sleeps. I woke up this morning with an extra step. I didn't feel exhausted like I have been. I didn't feel that hotness anymore. My body has cooled down. So my wish for any and everybody that is in Thailand, if this Egg is in your neighborhood, my recommendation is GO TRY IT OUT! You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. For Snowy and Mickey, thank you for bringing this amazing, amazing Egg."
