I Feel More Alive

I entered the Egg with the intent to release all unexpressed emotions and to fully feel and express my emotions with ease and grace.

While I was in the Egg, I saw a solid rectangle cube about three inches wide and five inches long and about in inch thick leave my solar plexus area. I was amazed to see this happening. As I left my body, I heard about two sentences from my mom speaking. I don’t know what she said though.

When I came out of the Egg my word was “Light” and I had a smile on my face. It felt easier to breathe and deeper.

When I arrived home, I immediately fell asleep for nearly four hours.

What I noticed after my Harmonic Egg® session was:
1. I was breathing easier and deeper
2. I felt lighter
3. I started laughing a lot and a lot and a lot – which I hardly ever laugh
4. The next morning I woke up and got on the scale – which I do every morning – and I had lost four pounds – all emotions being released!
5. One morning waking up I heard my mom’s voice again leave my solar plexus area – I don’t know what she said though
6. People have commented on how I’m participating more in conversations with groups of people – where I usually just listen
7. I felt and expressed my emotions freely – even crying when I presented at World AIDS Day – the grief was real and heart felt
8. I can feel again, and I can share my emotions with ease and grace

I feel a NEW Sharon being Alive!
