Helped My Heart Physically and Emotionally

The Harmonic Egg® was a very nice and beneficial experience. Not only did it give me the time and place to do some meditation, relaxation and reflection, but it also aided in that process with a comfy seat, calming lights and therapeutic soundtracks. Mara , at Golden age healing arts, did a great job, she helped make the process feel smooth and natural. I was able to process some emotions that were rather acute at the time. I also started this with some physical heart issues which I have not had since starting the Sessions.
