My Harmonic Egg® Journey

My journey with Harmonic Egg® began at a time in my life when everything felt heavy.

I had spent many years working as a leader, but I felt stuck. I was facing resistance at work and, if I am honest, I had experienced that pattern throughout much of my life. I was living under constant stress and pressure, carrying responsibility for everyone around me while neglecting myself.

My body had been sending signals for a long time. I was dealing with pain, emotional imbalance, irritability over small things, constant worry, and a feeling that I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders.

While on medical leave, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life. I resigned from a secure leadership position and chose a completely different path, without knowing where it would lead. Deep down, I knew something had to change, and this gave me the opportunity to listen to that inner voice.

In Easter 2024, I traveled to Belgium to experience Harmonic Egg® for myself. The experience left a deep impression on me, and I decided to purchase my own Harmonic Egg®. In September 2024, I opened the first and only Harmonic Egg® center in Norway.

At the time, I was still on medical leave and hoped that one day I would be able to return to my former career. Instead, life took me in a new direction.

Being the Guardian of the only Harmonic Egg® in Norway comes with a responsibility to help people understand this remarkable modality and how valuable it can be. I feel incredibly grateful to be able to introduce it to others.

My personal journey with Harmonic Egg® has been transformative in every sense of the word.

Today, I feel more grounded and connected to myself than ever before. I experience a deep sense of inner peace that is difficult to describe. External stress affects me far less than it once did, and I sleep much better.

The physical pain has not disappeared completely. I still live with shoulder injuries, tears, ruptures, and osteoarthritis, and healing takes time. However, the pain is significantly reduced and feels different than before.

The greatest changes have been emotional and mental.

I am no longer driven by anger or irritation. Hormonal fluctuations that once felt overwhelming have become minimal. I feel emotionally stable, balanced, and comfortable in my own skin. As a result, my relationships with others have improved as well.

Old wounds from the past no longer define me.

My energy is more stable and consistent. Of course, I still have days when I feel tired, but there are now far more days when I feel strong, capable, and fully engaged in life.

What Harmonic Egg® has given me is something I had been searching for most of my life: a calmer body, a calmer mind, and a deeper sense of peace within myself.

In closing, I can honestly say that Harmonic Egg® changes lives.

Every week, I have the privilege of witnessing transformation in other people. Seeing individuals find greater peace, improved sleep, renewed energy, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with themselves is both beautiful and deeply moving.

Investing in something so different and unique was frightening. There were no guarantees, and I had no way of knowing where the journey would lead.

But not for a single day have I regretted that decision.

Choosing Harmonic Egg® was one of the most significant decisions of my life. It not only changed my own path, but also allowed me to help others discover new possibilities within themselves.

For me, Harmonic Egg® has been far more than a business. It has been a journey of healing, growth, courage, and transformation.

And perhaps the greatest bonus of all is something I never expected.

At 50 years old, I feel more like myself than ever before. More peaceful, more balanced, more energized—and, surprisingly, younger.

For that, I will always be grateful.
