Nervous System Settled After One session!

This was my first experience with the harmonic egg and I am so grateful I tried it!
Kathleen was incredibly kind, supportive & helped with my intentions for the session. After the session I felt a huge shift in my energy & could tell my nervous system had settled from being in overdrive! I’m already looking forward to my next session!
