Working with Brittany and the Harmonic Egg, “Betty Lou,” has truly changed my life for the better. Together, they have supported me through school anxieties, friendships, childhood trauma, and even the challenges of everyday life. When I first started, I would cry every time I opened up to Brittany about what I was going through. She created a safe space for me to talk through my struggles, and then Betty Lou helped me process and heal in ways I never expected.
Betty Lou has shown me the past, the present, and the future. She has brought out tears when I needed to release them, and calm when I needed peace. The combination of Brittany’s care and Betty Lou’s guidance has helped me grow stronger and more confident. Now, I often go into my sessions not even knowing what I want to talk about—because I feel such a sense of peace and comfort within myself.
I am so grateful for everything Brittany has done for me. I truly don’t know where I would be without her and Betty Lou.
