A testimonial from spending time in “Harmonic Egg®”
I wanted to share my experience in Harmonic Egg®. I need to tell the story to reach more people out there who also can benefit from the time and aftertime after visiting this egg.
The first time I visited I was drained from energy. After a decade of everyday life struggles and some family tragedies, my life had turned into an endless day of chores, stressful thinking and routines that did not benefit my life at all. I was in my perimenopause period so I was also lacking sleep and good rest, so the only word I repeated before entering the egg, when I was asked my intention, was “Energy”.
The same word I repeated again, and again, and after some 4-5 visits all that was forgotten. For me the journey started when I said I wanted to get in better contact with me and my feelings. And later I wanted to get more in contact with my spiritual side.
It was like a marathon of meditation. A journey to get closer to my inner self. It was about learning to say no. It was about letting people around me know when I needed help.
And it was about communication. Different communication. I wanted to get started with meditation and thought that the road to do it independently would be a long one.
I remember a special episode that happened in one of the visits. My intention for the day was to find my spirituality and be more intuitive. I remember I said, “Please, Christina, after this session, maybe you can give me a hint on what meditation word I can use as a mantra?” She smiled and said yes, closed the door and simultaneously I closed my eyes..
And then I got the word “Ma-ta” echoing in my head.
Ah, “Thank you”, I thought to myself and relaxed. During the session I had a physical feeling. It was like my body was practicing standing on my head, which at the time did not make any sense to me. I felt my arms straighten and that it was practicing to take the weight of my own body. Once the session was over I had to tell Christina this and it made totally sense to her. She informed me that this one practice could be used to open up your crown chakra!
I had goosebumps on my arms and on my scalp. This was amazing!
I still continue to visit Harmonic Egg®. It is like a spa for my soul. A deep breath that lasts for days. I don't know what my future will be, but I can say now that I really enjoy the way going forward even if we only get the road lit up just where our footsteps land. I will start medium school and and art school this fall, and take my examination when the leaves start sprouting welcoming the sundrips from the sky. Things look a bit different from what I envisioned and I am forever grateful for all the rest, wisdom, findings, discoveries and bravery that came out with me the times I exited the egg.
