Debilitating anxiety

Sierra Nevada Harmonic Egg and Brooke have been such a Godwink in my life. As a 15-year cancer survivor I was left with anxiety that became more and more debilitating, affecting many aspects of my life.
One example, I became fearful of travelling in a car, as a passenger and as a driver. I didn't want to use drugs, so I sought therapy, specifically EMDR thinking that I had PTSD, all to no avail. In addition, I developed a severe case of psoriasis, and the prescribed medication would only increase my chances of cancer recurrence.
I was told that there was no cure.
I met Brooke at Sierra Nevada Harmonic Egg and she was instantly in tune to my crisis. Her vast knowledge and compassion made it so easy to unload. I was a mess!

I signed up and committed to a year, knowing that it would take time. Feeling excited, but cautiously optimistic.
The combination of harmonics, soothing light, sounds, and vibrations was like a much-needed massage from the inside. It took a couple of sessions to calm myself, but I got something amazing out of every session.
It has been one year for me, and I can honestly say I am breathing, sleeping, and eating so much better. I have found my calm. I feel completely comfortable as a passenger and driving again. All my fears are manageable, and my confidence is back. I have control again.
Bonus! My 10-year battel with psoriasis is 100% gone, as of 6-months ago. Completely clear.
