Cozy, Not Claustrophobic, Enjoyed It Completely

I went in to the Harmonic Egg® with an open mind. Jean put me back into the zero gravity position and as I was lying there I could feel the pulsating in my lower back. Then it slowly moved upward and at one point my right hand started twitching. Then during the silent phase, everything was moving within me - the fluids were moving, the blood was moving. It was like I could feel every cell in my body - it was beautiful. I also like the space it created - it felt cozy, not claustrophobic. It felt like I was being held gently. It's the fifth day after and I can tell I'm still restoring because my body is asking for rest. I enjoyed it completely.
