Back Injury, Deeply Relaxing and Peaceful

My girlfriend took me to Realign Your Life Wellness Center in Mesa due to a back injury I've had for 2 years. My usual regiment was ibuprofen/Tylenol every day after 4 rounds of injections in my spine. I figured what could some music and lights do, but also, what's the harm?

My first session was deeply relaxing and peaceful. The next 30 days, I did not have to take a single ibuprofen or Tylenol. Not one. I still had stiffness in my back, but no pain. I did start stretching about a week after the Harmonic Egg® as well. We have recommended the egg to our family and friends who are also finding benefits as well.
